In addition to engine wiring harnesses, Semco also manufactures high quality, technically advanced, airframe cable assemblies and wiring harnesses.

We start with modern polymeric insulated, stranded copper wire, which is over-braided in-house. The braided wire next receives a layer of protective material. First, to seal and bond the braid to the insulation, and second, to resist physical damage.

Next, high quality terminals and insulators are applied. Terminals are crimped, soldered or welded – depending on the customer’s specification. Each wire is then tagged or identified individually for installation point, and the finished product packaged in protective plastic.
