Semco Instruments, Inc. Announces Acquisition of Atlas-Aero Corp.

VALENCIA CA & MERIDEN, CT February 17, 2003 SEMCO IINSTRUMENTS, INC., announced today the purchase of the assets and operating liabilities of the ATLAS-AERO CORPORATION. This acquisition strategically positions Semco to expand its capabilities as an international supplier of sensor systems and electrical accessories.

The combined product offering of Semco and Atlas-Aero includes temperature sensors, speed sensors, high temperature cabling, pressure sensors, temperature trim system, bus-bars, coaxial heaters and electrical wiring harnesses.
